I have lived all my life outside of my passport country and have graduated myself from an international school as well. I have started my career as an IB psychology teacher and slowly after more studies and my licensure, I have started working as a counsellor and in student support.
I am adept in counselling special populations, recognizing societal, developmental, and environmental factors affecting learners, creating Individual Educational Plans, developing strategies for learning differences and all demographics, creating behavior management strategies, implementing differentiation and inclusion strategies, problem - solving techniques, developmental career guidance program implementation and data support system, while I have spent a significant amount in the beginning of my career in teaching social sciences and then adapting curriculums for all tiered students and neurodiversities. I create plans for all needs in different domains: physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs.
My background is of a solid social and psychological foundation and I have a passion for organization and human relationships. I have been working the last years providing guidance and planning to students, teachers and support staff. I have led sessions and participated in conferences about human development, education, neurodiversities, resilience and how environment influences human development.
My doctorate is on human development and how is influenced by multicultural contexts covering all neurodiversities.
